Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Since our standard delivery timelines are 7–20 business days, your return window begins only after your item has been delivered — never before.
Eligibility Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Sale items and personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@makwando.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges To exchange an item, initiate a return as above and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
